Currently, we don't have a blog post field dedicated to JSON-LD.
What you can do is add your JSON data to your blog post template so that it appears on all your blog posts. While you can't manage the whole block, you can accomplish what you want to do by adding the JSON-LD block to your blog post template and then populate the different values appropriately using the blog post data.
